On August 28–29, the Rescue Summit was held in Carcar City, Cebu, bringing together responders from municipalities, cities, and private groups across the region.
Some groups attended as guests, while others—including us at Cebu City Fire Volunteers (CCFV)—actively participated. We were honored to be asked to showcase our Niigata rescue truck and proud to join the MOSAR (Mountain Search and Rescue) event.
The summit was a true display of teamwork, dedication, and skill, highlighting the talents of responders all over Cebu.
We are grateful for the opportunity to train, collaborate, and continue perfecting our skills—because every drill brings us closer to saving lives when it matters most.
