Today marks the second day of our Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) training. The Cebu City Fire Volunteers (CCFV), led by Sir Duane, conducted an informative and hands-on session focused on firefighter safety and efficiency.
Sir Duane introduced and demonstrated the Rapid Removal Technique (RRT)โa crucial lifesaving skill used to quickly extricate a downed firefighter from a hazardous environment. The training also covered proper SCBA handling, situational awareness, emergency procedures, and teamwork during rescue operations.
This continuous training strengthens our readiness and commitment to serve and protect the community.
